Life path 1 is the number of beginnings. Traditional numerology describes a self-starter who prefers to open new paths rather than follow existing ones. Its challenge is to lead without isolating yourself and to accept help when it comes.
How to calculate it
Reduce the month, day and year of birth separately to a single digit — keeping the master numbers 11, 22 and 33 — then add them and reduce the total again.
Example — 08/01/1990: month 1, day 8, year 1990 → 1; 1 + 8 + 1 = 10 → 1.
